Tejus brings over 15 years of post-qualification experience across direct taxation, statutory audit, and complex transaction advisory. He has advised medium and large multinational corporations on designing tax-efficient structures, with deep expertise in cross-border transactions, intra-group reorganisations, mergers, demergers, and corporate restructuring.

In addition to his transaction advisory practice, Tejus has been instrumental in establishing governance frameworks for high-growth businesses by implementing robust financial controls, strengthening compliance architecture, and enhancing board-level reporting and decision-making processes. He works closely with boards, promoter groups, and senior management to deliver practical, commercially aligned solutions that combine technical excellence with strategic business insight.

Ravi Kiran is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and IBBI Registered Valuer with over 15 years of post-qualification experience in direct taxation, indirect taxation, valuation, and audit. He is a seasoned litigation practitioner, representing clients before Appellate Authorities up to the Tribunal level across income tax and GST matters — bringing both technical depth and strategic acumen to dispute resolution.

His practice encompasses advisory on complex tax positions, drafting of appellate submissions, and proactive litigation risk management for businesses operating across diverse sectors. Beyond litigation, Ravi Kiran extends his expertise to fund raise support and capital advisory, assisting SMEs in structuring their financials and governance frameworks to meet investor and lender expectations.
